Ofcom proposes new measures to help broadband, mobile users switch suppliers

UK regulator Ofcom has announced a range of new measures to make it easier for mobile phone and broadband customers to switch supplier. These include banning mobile phone companies from selling locked handsets. The consultation on these new proposals closes on 03 March 2020.
