Ofcom publishes review of UK TV production sector

Ofcom has published a review of the operation of the UK's TV production sector in response to a request from the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport in August to assess the market impacts of options for reforming the BBC's approach to content production. The review focused on four main areas of analysis: the changing market context, the effectiveness of current regulations, the impact of production sector regulation on public service broadcasters, and options for reform.
