Ofcom publishes technical advice to improve mobile data access on trains

UK regulator Ofcom has published technical advice on improving access to mobile data services for rail passengers. This advice was originally provided in August to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to help the Government's work to make it easier for rail passengers to get online while travelling.
