Ofcom report into Fox's Sky takeover delayed til 20 June

Ofcom said the UK government has extended the deadline for the media regulator's report into 21st Century Fox's proposed GBP 11.7 billion full takeover of Sky to 20 June. The UK is holding a general election on 8 June and as a result the government also delayed the deadline for the Competition & Markets Authority's report into the merger until 20 June.
