Ofcom research shows 45% of UK adults have experienced online harm

UK regulator Ofcom has published a discussion document focusing on harmful online content. Providing a perspective from broadcasting and on-demand standards regulation, the document examines how lessons from broadcasting regulation might help inform policymakers as they work to tackle the problem of harmful online content.
