Ofcom research shows drop in number of nuisance calls to home landlines

New research from UK regulator Ofcom shows that the average number of nuisance calls people have received on their landlines over a 4-week period has fallen from a high of 9.7 calls in 2015 to 7.4 calls in 2019. This is the lowest level since tracking began.
