Ofcom says BBC must do public interest test for proposed iPlayer changes

UK regulator Ofcom has ruled that the BBC's proposed changes to iPlayer are material and has ordered the broadcaster to conduct a 'public interest test' to properly assess their value and potential impact on rival broadcasters.
