Ofcom says KCom failed to maintain emergency services access

UK telecoms regulator Ofcom believes that KCom has failed to take sufficient measures to maintain uninterrupted phone access to emergency services on 999 and 112 in Hull. KCom has been given time to make representations to Ofcom before a final decision is made.
