Ofcom signs up telecoms providers to Fairness for Customers commitments

Leading broadband, mobile, home phone and pay-TV providers in the UK have signed Ofcom's new Fairness for Customers commitments. These include BT, EE, Plusnet, O2, Giffgaff, Sky, TalkTalk, Tesco Mobile, Post Office, 3 UK, Virgin Media and Vodafone. Ofcom will publish a progress report in 2020 to review whether providers are delivering on their promises.
