Ofcom starts consultation on Openreach independence from BT

UK communications regulator Ofcom said it is inviting comments by 18 March from businesses and members of the public concerning interactions they have had with BT and Openreach since 01 April 2019.  The context is this summer's Openreach Monitoring Unit (OMU) second annual monitoring report on how the arrangements to establish Openreach as a legally separate part of the BT Group are working.
