Ofcom starts investigation into Vonage network availability

Ofcom said it has started an investigation into Vonage's compliance with the Communications Act, regarding network security and availability, and the proper and effective functioning of the network, especially in cases of force majeure. The UK regulator did not specify a particular incident. Ofcom said it hopes to complete the gathering phase of the investigation in May.
