Ofcom submits VoD accessibility recommendations to UK government

UK regulator Ofcom has published recommendations for the Government to make video-on-demand (VoD) programmes more accessible to those with visual or hearing impairments. These new regulations are similar to those that already exist for traditional, linear broadcasters.
