Brazilian operator Oi wants to double the number of convergent customers by the end of the year. The plan, which includes fixed-line, mobile, internet and pay-TV services, has 1 million customers. Called Oi Total, the target is to reach 2 million by December, Oi retail director Bernardo Winik told O Globo. He added that the plan will help to reduce the drop in fixed-line customers: two years ago the operator lost 1 million and last year the drop was 500,000.
