Oi board sees pay cut of 29.4%

The shareholders meeting of Brazilian operator Oi approved total compensation of BRL 74.6 million for the board of directors this year, including BRL 35.4 million in recurring amounts, such as fixed compensation, executive bonus, long-term incentives, executive retention, benefits and social charges. The amount is 29.4 percent lower than the previous year, reports O Estado de Sao Paulo.
