Oi completes BRL 4 billion capital increase

Brazilian operator Oi has completed its recapitalization, seen as a key step in its court-led debt restructuring plan. The capital increase raised BRL 4 billion, with part of the money coming from international creditors and the rest subscribed by shareholders. The capital boost is seen as essential to ensure that Oi can increase investment in the coming years.
