Oi confirms new CFO

The board of directors of Brazilian operator Oi approved modifications in the organizational structure. The changes involve the confirmation of the election of Carlos Augusto Machado Pereira de Almeida Brandao to the position of CFO and Investors Relations officer and Joao do Passo Vicente Ribeiro leaving the position of officer without specific designation. Also at the meeting Helio Calixto da Silva presented a request to resign from the position of officer without specific designation, which was accepted by the board.
