Oi extends customer support with purchase of CDF

Brazilian operator Oi has started offering integrated support services for computers and electronic devices, with the acquisition of a strategic stake in Central do Funcionamento (CDF). As a result, the operator will be able to provide more complete services for its broadband and mobile clients. By hiring the support service, the customer will have access to a remote service or direct assistance by qualified technicians, capable of answering questions and solving problems on using the device.
