Oi may get up to BRL 8 billion in funds including Unitel revenue - report

Oi may receive around BRL 8 billion in funding by the end of the quarter, according to estimates by analysts from Bradesco BBI, reports Valor Economico. The calculation includes income from the potential purchase Oi's stake in Angolan operator Unitel by oil company Sonangol. The transaction is valued at USD 1 billion and could be announced by the end of the month, according to Portuguese daily Expresso.
