Oi tops ranking of complaints to Anatel

Telecom operator Oi is at the top of the ranking of complaints made to Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) in the first half of this year, reports O Globo. The company accounts for 25.28 percent of the complaints sent to the regulator. Vivo came second with 23.64 percent of total complaints, followed by Claro and TIM, with 22.18 percent and 21.14 percent respectively.
