Olivetti sells manufacturing and silicon business units

Italian ICT services provider Olivetti, 100 percent owned by Telecom Italia, has announced that it has sold the manufacturing and silicon production business units of Olivetti I-Jet to SICP Italia. Olivetti said that the sale, which forms part of the Olivetti I-Jet winding-up process started in June 2012, will lead to SICPA Italia employing a total of 43 people in Arnad in the Aosta valley, thus guaranteeing the technological and industrial vocation of the Arnad site.
