One in five Germans considers changing mobile provider after peak of pandemic

One in five German customers could change their mobile provider, which is double the amount who were considering switching before the coronavirus pandemic, according to a survey by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Handelsblatt reports. The report noted that many Germans have looked at their contracts during the crisis and lockdown period. The survey was carried out in Germany, and 18 percent of respondents stated that they want to change their mobile phone provider in the future, while 7 percent said they no longer wanted the service, and three out of four respondents (75%) want to remain
