One third of German smartphone users says security is an issue

Nearly one third of smartphone users in Germany (29 percent) say they have had security issues with their smartphone in the past twelve months, ranging from viruses and other malware programs to the theft of their device, according to a representative survey of 1,017 internet users over the age of 14 from German digital association Bitkom.
