OnePlus, Micromax clash in India over Cyanogen OS

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has been told it can again sell devices in india after a ban ordered earlier this month by a New Delhi court, the Economic Times reported. The court upheld a complaint by Indian smartphone maker Micromax, who objected to OnePlus using the Cyanogen operating system, which the OnePlus One uses in all countries outside of China. Micromax said it had signed an exclusive distribution deal with Cyanogen in India for its Yu series.
