Online medical reviews read by 45% of German web users

A survey by German industry group Bitkom found that 45 percent of internet users occasionally read online reviews of doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals or other medical facilities when looking for the best possible medical care. They read online patient reviews on platforms including jameda.de, Docinsider.de or Topmedic.de.
