Only 8.5 percent of German households connected to FTTB/H

Only 8.5 percent of German households have access to FTTB/H, and over 20,000 business parks are not connected to fibre, according to government figures seen by Handelsblatt. The government is increasing its subsidies for broadband in an effort to meet its target of gigabit broadband for all by 2025.
