Wednesday 25 March 2015 | 09:42 CET | News
Spanish cable provider Ono will launch 4G services for its mobile customers starting on 16 April, reports telecoms blog Neeo. Vodafone Spain has already begun migrating Ono's 1.6 million mobile customers from the Movistar network to its own and will complete the process next month. Ono's mobile customers will be able to access Vodafone's 4G and 4G+ (LTE-A) service, offering download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and 300 Mbps respectively. The report adds that Ono Wi-Fi, the operator's Wi-Fi offload service, will shortly be renamed Vodafone Wi-Fi, while the Mi Ono app will be renamed Mi Fibra
