Onos partners with The Linux Foundation

Onos and The Linux Foundation have announced a strategic partnership that will help Onos realise its potential as an open source SDN and NFV project for service providers. The new Collaborative Project will advance and bring together the community for ONOS to build open source platforms, systems and ecosystems for service providers to monetize SDN/NFV, while helping vendors and service providers invent new business models. The aim is to leverage best practices in the Onos community to nurture a larger community, globally enabling developers and contributors further accelerate the pace of
