Ooredoo Group Q4 revenue drops 12%, FY revenue falls 8%

Ooredoo Group revenue decreased by 8 percent to QAR 29.9 billion for the year ended 31 December 2018 from QAR 32.65 billion in 2017, with strong contributions from Oman and Kuwait. Group revenue before foreign exchange impact decreased by 6 percent. Fourth quarter revenue dropped by 12 percent to QAR 7.15 billion from QAR 8.17 billion in 2017. The fourth quarter included an adjustment for previous quarters related to the impact of IFRS 15 and excluding this, Q4 revenue declined by 9 percent.
