Ooredoo Qatar closes latest bond Issue

Ooredoo Qatar announced the successful closing of the previously announced pricing of its USD 500 million senior unsecured Reg S/Rule 144A notes. The notes were issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, Ooredoo International Finance under the USD 5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme established on the Irish Stock Exchange. The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Ooredoo.
