Ooredoo Qatar implements Comptel's Fastermind

Ooredoo Qatar has announced that it is investing in the latest technology to ensure a next-generation customer service. Ooredoo will implement Comptel's Fastermind system with artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that process and analyse in-the-moment customer data to recommend and automatically trigger the next best action.
