Ooredoo Qatar lifts FY EBITDA margin, holds customer numbers steady

Ooredoo said revenue in Qatar for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 reached QAR 7.3 billion, hit by a fall in handset sales, but enhanced by business-to-business growth. The operator reported stable EBITDA of QAR 4.0 billion with an increased EBITDA margin of 54 percent. Customer numbers were 3.3 million by year-end, in line with 2018.
