Open Fiber to bring FTTH to Nola in EUR 4 mln build

Italian wholesale operator Open Fiber has announced an agreement with Nola town council in Campania to build an FTTH network in a total investment of around EUR 4 million. The company said it plans to bring broadband at speeds of up to 1Gbps to around 11,000 premises over the next 18 months, with around half of the 102 kilometres of cabling using existing networks to minimise disruption.
