Openreach, UK ISPs agree automatic compensation deal

Openreach is understood to have reached an agreement with five major UK ISPs on automatic compensation payments for broadband customers. An Openreach spokesperson told ISPreview.co.uk that compensation would be paid for delays caused by Openreach, including where it is prevented for accessing the network by third parties.
