Openserve plans to cut off ADSL in September

South Africa's Openserve has informed ISPs that it will terminate DSL and copper services in areas already covered by fibre on 01 September, MyBroadband reported. It will therefore be discontinuing all existing DSL and Openserve Copper Connect (OCC) services in these areas. According to Openserve, this means that many ADSL subscribers will have to migrate to fibre by next month.
