Openserve restores SmartAccess voice services fully

South Africa's Openserve said that it has restored all the services that were affected by a network fault on 25 February. In a statement, Openserve said voice services were hit by a multi-faceted fault  People who attempted to dial SmartAccess numbers (largely 0800/0860/0861/0862) were sometimes unable to establish a connection.
