Openserve says network fault hits voice services

South African operator Openserve has announced that its staff are currently engaging with its vendor technical support teams to isolate and resolve a fault that has been affecting voice services since 07:00 hrs, with intermittent call termination failures. Openserve apologised for the inconvenience this has caused and said that its Centre Operations team is handling the matter as a high priority failure.
