OpenSignal raises USD 8 mln in series B round

OpenSignal, the mobile services measurement company, announced that it's raised a series B funding round of USD 8 million. The round was led by European investor Octopus Ventures, and existing investors Qualcomm Ventures, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures and Passion Capital also participated. The London-based company will use the money to expand its staff and operations.
