Opera completes acquisition of Estonia's Pocosys, agrees to take over Pocopay

Norwegian-based browser provider Opera Limited said it has completed the acquisition of Estonian-based company Pocosys, and has agreed to take over its sister company Pocopay, which holds a payment institution licence and provides financial services in the European Union. Tallinn will become Opera's second European hub for fintech services after Gothenburg in Sweden.
