Optus adds SatSleeve+ and SatSleeve Hotspot to offer

Optus Satellite announced the availability of Thuraya's new SatSleeve models, the SatSleeve+ and SatSleeve Hotspot to deliver mobile coverage across Australia where line of sight to the satellite exists. SatSleeve+ connects to a range of iOS or Android devices from Apple, Samsung, HTC, LG, Sony and Huawei, and enables users to turn their handset into a satellite phone via a SatSleeve app. The Thuraya SatSleeve+ and Hotspot are priced at AUD 899 per unit.
