Optus CEO: industry could do better

The chief executive of Australian telecommunications company Optus, Kevin Russel, has described his company as "the best of bad bunch". He also said that Australian communications providers have gone backwards in recent years in how they treat customers. Russell told ABC's Inside Business program that Optus could have done better in the last three or four years but also commented on the rest of the sector.
