Optus completes 5G data call over 2300MHz spectrum with Ericsson

Australian operator Optus has announced it has established a 5G data call over its 2300MHz spectrum. Optus completed the test call in Sydney, in partnership with Ericsson. Optus currently uses 2300MHz and 3500MHz spectrum, and plans to build a dualband 5G network to provide customers with increased capacity and coverage on 5G.
