Optus confirms 350 job cuts

Australian operator Optus confirmed plans to restructure its Corporate, Consumer and Optus Business divisions in order to lower costs and continue its efforts to improve profitability. The latest changes will see Optus centralise and consolidate roles across a number of corporate functions, improve the support for new customers and simplify processes for resolving customer problems.
