Optus launches contactless customer support in selected stores across Victoria area

Australian operator Optus has announced it will introduce contactless support across 23 metro stores in Victoria. Optus will assist customers over the phone, but it can also arrange an appointment for customers to visit a physical store for support or to pick up devices.
