Oracle and UAE Higher Colleges of Technology to train students in AI and emerging technologies

The UAE's Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Oracle to educate and train students in Artiļ¬cial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies. Abdullatif Al Shamsi, HCT president and CEO, said the agreement aims to enhance cooperation with Oracle, which is at the forefront of AI and emerging technologies. This follows previous, successful MoUs between HCT/CERT and Oracle, under which 500 Emirati students at HCT campuses trained in AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT).
