Oracle revenues stable at USD 10.6 bln in Q4

Oracle reported fourth quarter revenues at USD 10.6 billion, down 1 percent year-on-year in US dollars and flat in constant currency. The net profit reached USD 2.8 billion, with earnings per share at USD 0.66, from 2.8 billion or 0.62 per share the year earlier.

Revenue from Cloud plus On-Premise Software was unchanged at USD 8.4 billion, while from cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) and platform as-a-service (PaaS), they lifted 66 percent to USD 690 million. Total Cloud revenues, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) increased 49 percent to USD 859 million.

For fiscal 2016, total revenues amounted to USD 37.0 billion, down 3 percent in US dollars and up 2 percent in constant currency. The net profit went to USD 11.2 billion or USD 2.07 per share.

The company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.15.
