Oracle signs ICT training deal with Rwandan government

The Rwandan government has signed an agreement with Oracle to help train ICT graduates of from Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. Under the agreement signed by the Ministry of Education through the Workforce Development Authority (WDA), Oracle will help the government to achieve Vision 2020 goals for human resource development and ICT, New Times reported. Oracle will establish learning centres across the country as well as provide software, curriculum, technology and certification resources to students from different colleges.
