Orange and Free top customer satisfaction survey across French fixed and mobile users

Tuesday 27 July 2021 | 10:39 CET | News
The large majority of French customers are satisfied with their telecom provider's services, according to a representative survey of 4,000 respondents commissioned by Arcep. The study was carried out by Ifop in November 2020 to assess satisfaction levels across fixed and mobile customers, while also exploring the most common problems faced by end-users and their experience with the operator's customer service. Orange and Free topped the ranking with average satisfaction scores of 7.7 and 7.6 out of 10 respectively, slightly ahead of Bouygues Telecom (7.4) and SFR (7.1).
