Orange completes sale of mobile subsidiary in Niger

Orange announced that it has divested its entire 95.5 percent stake in Orange Niger for an undisclosed sum. The new owner of the company, Zamani Com, is wholly owned by business partners Mohamed Rhissa of Rimbo Invest and Moctar Thiam of Greenline Communications, who last month had confirmed to the press a preliminary agreement with Orange.
