Orange France signs wage deal with two unions

Orange has signed a wage agreement with the CFDT and FO labour unions, which represent over 35 percent of the votes in the most recent employee elections. This is the fifth consecutive year of signing such an agreement, in line with the company's 'social contract.' Orange said the deal offers significant across-the-board increases for the majority of employees, with particular measures for the first wage levels, individual raises in recognition of efforts to adapt to the group's business trend, and specific measures following on for prior-year agreements on equal opportunities and young
