Orange generates most mobile service complaints in Q4

Orange was the most complained about pay-monthly phone service provider in the UK in Q4, generating 0.12 complaints per 1,000 customers, according to the latest Ofcom data. Complaints were largely driven by issues related to billing and complaints handling. T-Mobile followed with above industry average levels of 0.11 complaints per 1,000 customers, with Virgin Mobile also registering above the industry average at 0.07 per 1,000 customers. Ofcom received fewest complaints about O2 and 3 UK. Complaints against 3 UK are now at their lowest level since Ofcom began publishing complaints data
